Priyanka's fan

Don't get your imagination running wild just yet! Tripti did only what she was told to. You heard that right. Anurag Basu himself made her catch him by his collar and abuse him similar to what he made Priyanka Chopra do at the script narration of BARFEE!
24 year old Gurgaon based, Trupti Bansal was overwhelmed to be given the opportunity to live Priyanka Chopra's life for 1 whole day. Little did PC aka Priyanka know that here was a fan that was already privy to trivia about the Bareilly lass!
The unassuming damsel was welcomed by a troupe of male dancers, jiving to ANJAANA ANJAANI at the lobby of a 5 star hotel. That's not it! They even pulled down their pants a la Ranbir style from the same film! The grand welcome was followed by yet another surprise - a presidential suite with lots of junk food (PC is a junk food Junkie). And taking cue from Priyanka's reel life, Trupti was made to perform some action packed stunts! The only difference being that Trupti managed to sprain her ankle while at it! The doctor advised her complete rest. However, the sporting lass decided to wear a brave face and carry on with the routine that PC had planned with so much love.
Having experienced so many facets of Priyanka's persona, how could she have missed the 'Diva' in her? The 'Diva' in Trupti was brought out through a photo session with the very renowned photographer, Jatin Kampani and then a surprise visit by the 'Diva' herself with gifts that boast of Ferragamo Shoes, fancy mobile phones and more!

Fitness Mantras Of Deepika

Drop-dead gorgeous looks, a sizzling figure and some decent bit of acting: that's Deepika Padukone.
While women envy her perfect, hour-glass figure, men desire her and get inspired to reach her fitness level. But this frame didn't come easy. Deepika has had her share of sweat and rigour which has visibly paid-off well.
From being a sports fanatic and an ace model to a prized talent in Bollywood, “Deepi” has come long way. Chances are that she did inherit the sports gene from her father Prakash Padukone who was a fit badminton player, however, her hard work and strict diet regime were the two things which did wonders for the South Indian hottie.
Let's unwrap the secrets behind the awesome fitness of this svelte beauty:
Deepika's Workout Regime
Though not a gym-addict, Deepika keeps hitting the gym frequently. “I go to the gym whenever I can. When I am travelling, I do make it a point to work out in the hotel gym,” says Deepika. Her typical workout routine is a fine mix of cardio and weight training, which Deepika believes is helpful in “losing/maintaining weight and toning up the body.”
Deepika has incorporated yoga into her daily fitness regimen. She maintains that yoga helps in revitalizing the mind and soul and turns out to be a great workout. On days, she is unable to go to the gym, she goes for walks, which she says are great cardio exercises. “If I can't go to the gym, I walk twice a day, half an hour in the morning and half an hour in the evening,” declares Deepika.
Deepika is a dance aficionado and that has benefitted her tremendously when it comes to fitness. In fact, this is something which sets the 24-year-old beauty apart from her contemporaries. When not really in a mood for the gym, she loves stomping her foot and shaking a leg. And boy! She is proficient in several dance forms: Bharat Natyam, Kathak, Jazz and many more. “In my modeling days, this dance training gave me grace and poise; today, it helps to keep me fit,” reveals Padukone.
Also, Deepika says that much of her body's flexibility and agility is owing to the days she used to play badminton. She used to do a lot of running before picking up the racked and this, she says, has given her the amazing flexibility.
Deepika's Diet Routine
When it comes to food, Deepika has no qualms about it. She's a self-confessed foodie and loves gorging on delicacies. For her, starvations are a strict no-no. But she eats with responsibility. On days, she has binged on good food, she makes sure that she does an appropriate amount of workout. “Only diet or only exercise won't help in overall body weight loss. You have to combine the two” she explains.
Deepika's breakfast is chiefly composed of South Indian stuff - upma, idli, dosa etc. She may include paranthas at times.During shoots, she sticks to “ghar ka khana”: the regular dal, chapati, rice, salad and subzi. If the food is from the studio, Deepika prefers going for idlis as they are light. Deepika has a thing for rice and doesn't let go of it like many others following a fitness regime. She says that her body is used to it. Snacks for Deepika are mainly fruits like grapes, mangoes and her all-time favourite coconut water. For dinner, she keeps it light. No rice and no non-veg food. She normally goes for porridge with pickle and homemade dal and steamed subzi.
Not many people would know (and believe) that Deepika is smitten by dark chocolates! And she's trying hard to get over with this addiction as she realizes that dark chocolate is oozing with calories.
Deepika's Fitness Tips
Fitness does not tantamount to being skinny or slim. One should be healthy from inside too.
Combine exercise and diet. Just one of the two things is not enough.
Incorporate sports like badminton in your fitness regime.
It's a misconception that doing weights make you bulky.
